Aldene’s Alright

Doctor turned patient, tracking my recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture with non-operative (non-surgical) rehabilitation.

I may be a doctor in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, but this Achilles Tendon tear is foreign to me. Any medical information here is as new for me as it would be for an orthopedic surgeon to construct a new perineal body or suspend a prolapsed vagina. These opinions are all my own.
